Providence Access supports spaceflight safety and SSA-related stakeholder strategy, with deep roots in operator-driven information sharing. In 2009, Andrew D’Uva helped develop the legal and data-sharing frameworks of the Space Data Association (SDA), and continues to serve as a strategy and policy advisor to its Board.

He has been invited to brief and speak across government, industry, and academic forums on space traffic coordination and responsible operational data-sharing, and testified before the U.S. House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology (Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics) on May 12, 2022, on SSA and the transition to civil capability and at the United Nations Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS).
